Fayçal Fadil – Managing Partner

Fayçal is the Founder and Managing Partner of BlackBridge Corporate Finance. He has significant experience advising SME/Corporates/PE on cross-border M&A, fundraising, financial due diligence, valuation, business planning and restructuring assignments, in both Morocco and international markets. Prior to founding BlackBridge, Fayçal held senior roles in different M&A roles, notably at Deloitte France and KPMG France, where he advised leading Corporate and Private Equity clients on complex financial transactions. He also gained investment and advisory experience at Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (French sovereign wealth fund) and within an investment banking environment. Fayçal holds an MSc in Finance from EDHEC Business School along with a MEng from IMT Nord-Europe and a Master’s degree in Management from IMT Business School. He works fluently in French, English and Arabic.
